In this tutorial we will learn how to add sun with creative lines and realistic smoke in a beautiful Ford Shelby wallpaper.

Step 1

Save the image below on your computer and open it with Photoshop CS3. Also you can drag and drop into Photoshop Workspace.

Step 2

Create a new layer (SHIFT + CTRL + N) and name it “lines”.  Press F5, do the settings below and select white color.

Hold SHIFT and draw some lines starting from the car back, with different sizes in the layer “lines” and colors.

Use CTRL + T to rotatate your lines, right click and use Warp to give the roundness form. See the picture below:

Step 3

With the Elliptical Marquee Tool (M) delete the lines that are in the front of the car.

After deleting lines select the Brush Tool with the size 45 px, pure black, create a new layer and draw the smoke on the street and make it realistic using the Smudge Tool (R). Add extra white lines with black for a better effect.

Step 4

Right click on a single layer and select Flatten Image. Go to Filters – Render – Lens Flare and place the sun on the top-right with the brightness 120% and lens type 50-300mm Zoom.
