I recommend you to use a dark wallpaper and to set the transparency to 0%.
Moreover, the taskbar looks best, if you choose big icons for your quick launch.

I know that there are a few things that are NOT black, because I really don’t find them. But the most used things (imo) are fitting to the rest.

This Visual Style is for Windows Vista only.

   i extracted it, and clicked on the visual style file and the settings to change appearance popped up but i cant find how to put your style on my system, could you please guide me through the process to install it.

   Download the pack and follow the instructions.

   wow seems cool. BUT I WOULDT KNOW BECAUSE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO INSTALL!! I found no instruction in the pack.
